    He has to eat up to six meals a day, so what's he got on his plate? I've had issues with not feeling hungry since I was born, so when I got into this sport, I had to train my appetite as much as my body. I wake up by doing cardio; that's like my coffee. Then I have three fried eggs, 6-8oz grilled chicken breast and a bowl of Cream of Rice [sweetened American rice porridge made with rice instead of oats]. Breakfast is my favourite meal, because I have a sweet tooth and it's the sweetest thing I eat all day. I supplement my meals with multivitamins, joint formula and omega 3, 6 and 9 tablets.
